What happened: I walked into a store, spent ** minutes shopping, brought an item to the register and was told I could not buy it because I am not a member. What???? *Cashier told me two is not a public ally traded company so they can have different rules.

What happened: called the store to inquire about an item that I was informed that they had in stock while I was at another location upon getting connected to that department. The rep who helped me was seem to be bothered by the fact that he had to actually go and check to see if you had the item in stock when he came back and I said hello, he said hello and I guess he didn’t hear me and he hung up, but it seemed like he was annoyed even to go check with the huffing and puffing it was just a bad experience and with the amount of money that I’ve spent at REI, I was shocked at that treatment

What happened: I recently purchased an Osprey wheeled carry on luggage, but then I received a **% off one full price item. I still have my receipt. Can I get a **% refund on this item?

What happened: The problem: Wondering if I Joined REI back in my **’s (****’ish)! My name then was Mary Beth Woizeschke.

What happened: An rei chair that I received as a gift has a hole where the pole goes through to support it. I would like it to be fixed or exchanged.

What happened: Re: Order *A*********, Outdoor Research Foray II Jacket, Redrock*Naval Blue, XXL, Men's. **This online order shipped on ******* to *** Carnation St., Saint Johns, FL *****, with an anticipated delivery date of *******. It still has not been received. Tracking shows that it arrived in the regional USPS distribution center in Coppell TX on **** and left there the same day at **:** AM. Since that time, there is a notation on each following day at **:** AM showing "In Transit, Arriving Late." It looks to me as if it's lost. **Could you please either find the item and get it to us or send us a replacement jacket? Louis DeJoy was appointed as head of USPS for the express purpose of destroying it, all as part of a scheme to "privatize" the mail service. The result is that the USPS can no longer be counted on to get a package delivered, and shippers need to recognize that fact and make other arrangements.

What happened: i have not yet received my item, but i want to return it already because I was able to reach the item faster in another way via different store.
